Rates on single occupancy basis will be 75% of the basic cost (75% of the double occupancy amount).
Children below 06 years are complimentary.
In case of triple occupancy, any person aged 06 years or above will be charged as an extra person, with a mattress.
In case of a change in the primary guest name, 5% of the total booking amount will be charged.
In case of any change in the check-in date, 10% of the total booking amount will be charged.

As per government regulations, a valid photo ID must be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel.
Valid ID proofs include Driver's License, Voter ID Card, Passport, and Aadhar Card. PAN Card is not valid as ID proof.
Foreigners/NRI guests are required to produce their passport and valid visa as ID proof at the time of check-in.
Without valid ID proof, the guest will not be allowed to check in, and in such cases, the hotel will not refund any amount.
The extra bed included with a booking will be provided as a mattress on the floor.

Rann Utsav is a world-famous cultural festival celebrated in the Greater Rann of Kutch, Gujarat, India. Which is held by Gujarat Government, with Varieties of Tents Accommodation available, in Tent City lot many amenities are available, government has created an artificial 4 – 5 month City around White Desert. It is a vibrant White Desert festival that showcases the region’s rich culture, traditions, art, handicrafts, music, dance, and cuisine.

Held this year from 23rd October’25 to 4th March’26, when the weather is pleasant and the Formation of salt desert is perfectly done & Salt Desert is at its most beautiful under the full moonlight.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

90% Refund if cancelled more than or equal to 30 days prior to the schedule arrival date.

60% Refund if cancelled more than or equal to 15 days prior to the scheduled arrival date but less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

No Refund, if cancelled less than 15 days prior to scheduled arrival.

In case of any change in check-in date ,15% of the total booking amount will be charged.

In case of Primary Guest Name change, 5% of total booking amount will be charged.

In case of existing room Category is downgraded, 5% of total booking amount will be charged.
