Notes:
- Kindly reconfirm the rates with us once you share the same with the guest.
- No TAC on extra person.
- If any Gala Event is held during the festival, the guest has to pay directly at Tent City.
- Tax rate included is 18% GST (9% CGST and 9% SGST).
- Rates on single occupancy basis will be 75% of the basic cost (75% of double occupancy amount).
- In case of triple occupancy, any person aged 6 years or above will be charged as an extra person with mattress.
- Children below 6 years will be complimentary.

- On festival dates, guests have to pay directly to the hotel for Gala Dinner or any activity not included in the package.

- As per government regulations, a valid photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel.
- Valid ID proof can be a Driver's License, Voter's Card, Passport or Aadhar Card. PAN Card is not valid as ID proof.
- Foreigners/NRI guests are required to produce their passport and valid visa as ID proof at the time of check-in.
- Without valid ID proof, the guest will not be allowed to check in to the hotel, and in such a case, the hotel will not refund any amount.
- The extra bed provided with a booking is facilitated with a mattress on the floor.
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.

- 2 Night / 3 Day Package: Includes Lunch, High-Tea & Dinner on the 1st Day; Morning Tea, Breakfast, Lunch, High-Tea & Dinner on the 2nd Day; and Morning Tea & Breakfast on the 3rd Day. Meals will be served as per the scheduled timings in the respective dining areas. Missed meals will not be refunded or extended on the 3rd Day.
- 1 Night / 2 Days Package: Includes Lunch, High-Tea & Dinner on the 1st Day and Morning Tea & Breakfast on the 2nd Day. Meals will be served as per the scheduled timings in the respective dining areas. Missed meals will not be refunded or extended on the 2nd Day.
- Guests who have missed a visit as per the itinerary may be included on request on a chargeable basis.

- 100% Refund: If cancelled more than or equal to 10 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
- 50% Refund: If cancelled more than or equal to 5 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, but less than 10 days prior.
- No Refund: If cancelled less than 5 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
- Change in Check-in Date: 10% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- Primary Guest Name Change: 5% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- Room Category Downgrade: 5% of the total booking amount will be charged in case the existing room category is downgraded.
